Four of Diamonds

The Four of Diamonds is a pragmatic, self-reliant, sweet and kind. They possess a strong sense of values and a solid work ethic. They can be determined and focused, with the result being an abundance of rich rewards for their labors. These rewards provide a powerful foundation for the security and safety that they seek.

Work, work, work is their motto. They have a sharp, brilliant mind and many original ideas, but they must master their chosen line of work. The payoff is quite good if they remember to have a balance of pleasure and adventure in their schedules as well. This will help them remember to appreciate the beauty in life and that working is not the only thing there is.

The shadow side of this card is laziness, boredom and procrastination. If they don’t have money in the bank they are probably not working, or simply not applying themselves. Reciprocation must be their first goal. They must give something for what they want to receive. A good earning capacity is part of this card, but they must work for it. Entitlement or “prince like” behavior is an evasion of work.

Today is connected to the standard rule of “cause and effect.” More than any other day, this is the day to reap the rewards for work well done, or be reminded that more work needs to be done. If you are procrastinating today set up a “to do” list of the projects and work that needs to be done. Be reasonable, but have a doable goal in sight. Work to reap the inevitable rewards.
